Paola Cefis:Senior Accountant
I joined the team in 2013 as an apprentice and up till 2020 I was mainly responsible for the logistics and for supporting the then senior accountant. In 2020 I began my journey as an accountant and today I am the go-to for banks, insurance companies, financial advisors and Confartigianato with whom I collaborate for HR management and privacy policies. I am also responsible for planning our team trainings. Why have I been at PF for 10 years? Because I feel comfortable and I like my job. I find it truly satisfactory beginning and concluding a project, always learning something new and different: nothing is monotonous in my daily “routine” and this is very important to me.
Deborah Morotti:Logistic Manager
Before 2020 I was clueless about PF; I was introduced by Associazione Artigiani and what impressed me the most during the first interview at the company was the attention paid by the management to the employees. Since day 1 listening and dialogue have been the pillars of the relationship with Simonetta, the production manager with whom I routinely interact. Daily I register the orders, plan the shipments in coordination with sales departments at our clients and suppliers, I manage the warehouse verifying the inventory. What do I like the most about my job? Its diversity in tasks and the opportunity of professional growth. In the years, my responsibilities increased and I found that being stimulating and rewarding: if you have responsibilities it means that a manager trusts you and chooses to invest in yourself and your skills. It is an incredible driver for keep bettering performances.
Robinson Edebor:FMC maintenance operator and HP 3D printer maintenance and process operator
I got in touch with PF thanks to an immigrants integration project of the townhall of Costa di Mezzate; I joined the team as an apprentice, and I’ve been attending classes and on-site trainings to become maintenance and process operator. Such role requires not only an expertise on the regular functioning of the machineries aimed at being able to repair them, but to be able to apply that knowledge and competences to run the machineries as the operator. A close collaboration with the operators of the most complex FMC is essential for an effective and punctual maintenance. They take care of the ordinary and daily tasks, while I perform the monthly maintenance and I repair minor mechanical issues. I truly like my job and I’m at ease in the company team; I like working with Simonetta: she’s a good boss and she’s smart. Future expectations: keep working at PF and with Simonetta, it wouldn’t be the same with someone else.
Goldy Ram:Junior PrimaPower FMC maintenance and process operator
I discovered PF thanks to an employment office, I’ve been hired as an apprentice and I’m in the middle of the journey as junior Prima Power FMC maintenance and process operator. I began my training on the past generation machinery which has been replaced in 2023 and now I’m learning to work with the latest generation FMC. As for my daily tasks I take care of the machine set up, initiate and check the automated long runs; solving automated cycle interruptions caused by alarms; managing the warehouse of the components machined by the FMC. Before working at PF I was not familiar with any of such machineries, consequently all the classes and trainings – even the theorical ones – have been incredibly helpful in the first months at the company, while today the practical training on-site provided by Prima Power are the most useful, given that what makes you competent is the daily learning by doing.
Kone Abdoulaye:PrimaPower panel bender FMC process operator
I got in touch with PF thanks to an employment agency, I attended a training program specific for the panel bender FMC and I became the operator. The on-site training was provided by the producer specialized trainer, nonetheless you need daily practice to learn how to make the machinery perform at best, along with continuous training on site: working. In the future I’d like to enhance my skills in programming working cycles on this machinery.
Bismarck Asiedu:PrimaPower pressbrake process operator, robot bending FMC and packaging automation supervisor
It was an employment agency which introduced me to PF. What did I found different from my previous jobs on Day 1? Probably that a woman is the production manager. Personally, I like working at PF: it’s the company where I feel most at ease. My tasks are varied, thus I followed multiple training programs specific for each machinery. on the machinery producing our cardboard packaging as to understand how to transform technical drawings in 3D models using the machine software I found learning by trial-and-error on the machine more rewarding and proficient than sessions of theoretical training. I like the continuous professional growth and for the future I’d like to learn to master my tasks and to better manage the responsibilities I already have.
